Essex Homes announces the return of its Twice as Nice buyer incentive. Now through April 30, 2016, buyers that purchase an Essex home in the Columbia, South Carolina market can double their tax refund up to $10,000.* This incentive can be used designer upgrades or as a reduction on the total cost of an inventory home. To take advantage of the refund, buyers must present a copy of their 2015 tax return upon meeting with a Community Sales Manager.
